Rats: find the entry point, eliminate the problem.

Rodents do not choose your home because of who you are or how you live. They enter because there is a structural opening: crack, fissure, pipe, door bottom, drain, and sewer. Our role: find the entrance, remove the animals already present, and ensure that the problem does not return. We stay with you until complete resolution.

Our processing process

Initial inspection and diagnosis of the issueA complete inspection is conducted to identify signs of activity, assess the extent of the infestation, and determine the source of the problem.
Recommendation for a smoke testWhen the source of the infestation is not visible to the naked eye, a smoke test is recommended to precisely locate the point of entry or the anomaly.
Smoke test verification or camera inspectionSmoke testing or camera inspection allows for the detection of deficiencies in the sewer system, including cracks, open drains, sewer breaks, or any other anomalies that may facilitate the intrusion of rodents.
Corrective recommendationsFollowing the diagnosis, specific recommendations are made to correct the observed deficiencies and eliminate the source of the problem.
Installation of the capture networkA strategic capture network is then established based on the level of activity observed and the configuration of the locations.
Rigorous monitoring and periodic interventionsFollow-up visits are conducted every three days until the complete resolution of the activity and achieving a zero presence.

The presence of rodents in your home is not a cleanliness issue.

The presence of rodents in your home is not a cleanliness issue.

It’s a sealing issue. Montreal requires perfect buildings: joints, drains, doors, everything counts. These animals exploit the slightest flaw. Our mission: to identify and eliminate access points.

The failure of trade traps

Most clients have already tried to solve the problem themselves, using traps or poison. However, capturing those present without closing the entry is like bailing out a boat without plugging the leak. Re-invasions are inevitable. Moreover, poorly placed poisons can create secondary risks (pets, children, lingering odors). Our approach: Internal elimination with discreet traps, systematic search for structural access, for a sustainable and safe resolution.

Our method

Each intervention is carried out with the utmost discretion. Our interventions involve the implementation of highly secure capture and control devices, strategically positioned around infested areas and at potential access points, in order to ensure an effective, targeted, and lasting action.
